Rebecca Bremner Massage Therapy offers specialized pregnancy massage for expecting mothers to alleviate physical and emotional discomfort during this special time. Safe massage for all stages of pregnancy, with a pregnancy massage pillow, generous space is provided to cushion your belly while enabling you to lie face down safely and comfortably.

Manual Lymph Drainage
Manual Lymph Drainage is a light, manual technique that gently stretches the skin in order to promote the movement of lymphatic fluid. This is different from a traditional massage in that it is a specific treatment focused on lymph vessels in order to aid in the flow of lymphatic fluid and stimulate lymph nodes. This treatment is effective in both preventative and rehabilitative treatments. Deep Diaphragmatic Breathing is used before and after a Manual Lymph Drainage treatment, increasing the movement of fluid towards the heart while also being relaxing. Because of the lighter techniques used it is a deeply relaxing treatment. Don’t be surprised if you fall asleep!

About Rebecca Bremner
She graduated from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy with honours. She then extended her education with comprehensive training in prenatal massage providing her with hands-on experience with professional, safe, and knowledgeable care for pregnant clients including those of high risk. Her focus is not just on the rehabilitation of existing injuries but on prevention. She is experienced in treating a multitude of conditions.
In her spare time, Rebecca enjoys reading and spending time with her two disparate pups.
